Educational Objectives
1. To provide graduates with basic knowledge and skills regarding the protection and promotion of human health and the diagnosis and treatment of diseases,
2. To implement an education model that does not only approach health from a biological perspective, but also sees humans as a physical, spiritual and social whole, and can develop a socio-cultural perspective by being aware of their relationship with the environment they live in.
3. To provide students with information about the morphological and physiological characteristics of the human body, the biological, chemical, physical, genetic and social risks that may affect the normal physiological structure and the effects of these at the cell, tissue, organ and system level,
4. To offer students an education model that can develop self-learning skills in the post-graduation period,
5. To plan the pre-graduate medical education program to prioritize regional and national needs, and to update it according to the national core education program and international standards,
6. To implement a training program in which graduates internalize good medical practices and professional ethical values,
7. To provide graduates with the knowledge and skills to detect health problems, investigate the causes, develop solution suggestions and monitor the results by using the steps of evidence-based medical practices in the clinic or in the community,
8. To implement an education program that will enable students to develop their social skills in addition to their medical professional practices,
9. To use objective, up-to-date, different measurement and evaluation methods that will enable the evaluation of students' knowledge, skills and attitudes at all stages,
10. To ensure that graduates have knowledge about the provision and financing of health services, national and international health policies and problems, and to develop solution suggestions on these issues,
11. To provide graduates with effective communication skills with their patients and the society,
12. Developing strategies regarding physical infrastructure and faculty members in order to minimize the impact of increasing student quotas on the quality of education,
13. To improve the knowledge, skills and attitudes of graduates about the health service being a team service and their job responsibilities as part of this team,
14. To provide specialty training according to TUKMOS guidelines determined by the Medical Specialization Board of the Ministry of Health.
Research Objectives
1. To ensure the establishment and development of the infrastructure to produce information that will improve the scientific literature and contribute to the protection and development of health,
2. To provide and develop opportunities that will provide opportunities for continuous development and renewal of faculty members and students in order to conduct qualified scientific research,
3. To ensure that the Faculty of Medicine reaches the characteristics of a center preferred by national and international researchers,
4. To ensure that research to be carried out within the Faculty of Medicine is carried out in accordance with international and national ethical rules and legislation principles and that research environments that internalize ethical values are created,
5. To ensure that research to be carried out within the Faculty of Medicine is carried out in cooperation with other institutional units within the University,
6. To ensure the preparation and implementation of projects for the protection and promotion of health and the treatment and rehabilitation methods of diseases,

Service Purposes
ÇOMUTF carries out a significant part of the pre-graduate and post-graduate medical education and the majority of service practices in the form of health service delivery at SUAM. SUAM's purpose is; In order to provide education and training opportunities in all fields related to health services, to prepare scientific research conditions, to train medical and health personnel at all levels, we cooperate with the Faculty of Medicine, other faculties, institutes, colleges, research and training centers within the University and other institutions at home and abroad. To ensure that health services are carried out efficiently and with high quality within the framework of strategic plans and targets in cooperation
In this context, the service objectives of the Faculty of Medicine are;
1. To provide tertiary level medical health services in Çanakkale province,
2. To raise awareness about regional and national health priorities and develop solution suggestions,
3. Detection of health problems in Çanakkale province and its immediate surroundings and 3. To lead the identification of health problems in Çanakkale province and its immediate surroundings and the development of solution proposals,
4. To carry out health service provision according to the needs of pre-graduation and post-graduation education,
5. To work in cooperation and coordination with primary and secondary healthcare providers in the province in the provision of tertiary healthcare services,
6. To continue providing health services in accordance with national and international standards in cooperation and coordination with education and research activities,
7. To provide training to the public at different levels on health needs,
8. To provide services that adhere to international ethical values, respect patient rights, and ensure the safety of patients, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.

To evaluate national and international resources and ensure their sustainability in order to maintain the culture of scientific research and resource creation.
Institutionalize
In order to achieve the goals and objectives of the institution, determining the authorities and responsibilities of its stakeholders according to quality management standards, monitoring them, ensuring their continuity and increasing their belonging to the institution.
