Before leaving  our Faculty, there are a few things you need to do. This page is meant as a reminder of these small duties you shouldn't forget to carry out!

Please e-mail your Faculty Corrdinator to organise appointment to prepare your Transcript of Records. In that e-mail please add the Form-Before Departure. (The Form is below).

When you get your all of your final grades please visit your Erasmus Faculty Coordinator in order to arrange your Transcript of Records. After your departmental coordinator with her/his signature, Erasmus Office will stamp your Transcript of Records.
